"Dr. Koul is the best damn doctor I've ever had. She's been my doctor (and only gynecologist) for nearly 20 years. I don't have children but she still cares about my health and is non-judgemental. For nearly 20 years she has been consistent in her bedside manners. In nearly 20 years I've NEVER seen her grumpy, with an attitude, rude, etc. She is such a hard worker, sometimes going from the hospital, running to her practice to care for patients or vice versa. If Dr. Koul ever retired or left the area I would be completely heartbroken. I dont trust anyone else with my health but her. She is an incredible human being and is doing God's work."

"I was recommended here by my high risk doctor. First appointment I waited near an hour to be seen in an incredibly full waiting room (Covid is still a thing and there are pregnant women jam packed waiting). The receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me for quite a while. I was finally bought back, the exam room wasn’t super clean-there was garbage all behind the exam table. I will say Dr Koul was seemingly super kind and confident being I am high risk- told me she had no issues with delivering me but that the hospital might be too far for me. she and I decided I would try to look for a doctor closer to my area (I am new in the state and not familiar with the area at all). I tried to call multiple doctors in the area and no one wanted to see me due to the high risk nature of my pregnancy. So I figured, well dr. Koul was kind to me and seemed confident in delivering me despite my health issues. I called and made an appointment and the wait was about a month out. Upsetting but I still made the appointment and was told to call back to see if there was any cancellations. When I called back 3 weeks later to check for cancellations, they told me they would get back to me. I received a call the following day stating that I was dismissed as a patient and that Dr Koul refused to see me. Sobbing and confused as I am now behind in all my testing after waiting so long for this appointment, I asked for answers. The girl could only tell me that I needed to find a new doctor and that she would try to help me and call me back with other doctors info. Of course she never called me back. This is a terrible way to treat patients. An already stressful and high risk pregnancy made even more stressful by someone who is supposed to help people."

"Dr Koul is beyond a doctor, incredible human that have empathy for your patients. I was having really hard time and she helped in the process and also supported me emotionally. Her work doesn’t stop in her office. She will ensure that you are okay. In days that doctors not even ask your name, she is one of a kind. I am glad to be her patient. The best ever!"
