"I was told not to come here but I decided to give them a chance. I went at the beginning of this year for my taxes and supposedly was with the head tax preparer. I mentioned I qualified for tax rebate and a tax return. Him and his colleague kept insisting that I didn’t qualify for anything. They “ran numbers” and figured out my tax return but nothing was done about the rebate. And guess what I believed them because “they know what they’re doing”. I should have trusted my gut. After they finish my taxes something was off. So I went to another HR location In maywood and the tax preparer there was surprised and confused why they didn’t process my refund correctly. She had to amend my taxes and re do it. Which I’m grateful for all her help but now my refund still hasn’t been paid to me because of the mistake of the first tax preparer. Clifton location is not to be trusted."

"Maryann was great and no problem with how much it cost. But then I wanted to do my Daughters and they informed me the cost. This was just a SIMPLE tax, earnings and interest from a life insurance policy and I was informed it would cost 158.00 dollars which would have taken no longer than 5 mins to do. I can not say how upset I was and if I had known I never have gone there. So I am not sure if I will go back."
