"Terrible service. I was hooked up with them via the H and R Block software. I wanted to pay what I owed the IRS with a credit card and was assured by this office that they would submit the paperwork properly so I could. Instead, they instructed the IRS to withdrawal the money from my bank account AFTER I had already paid by credit card. The result: I paid twice, and was told by this office that I would have to call the IRS myself to get it fixed. They even blamed me for their mistake. I paid more than $100 for them to review my taxes and got the exact opposite of what I was looking for. A terrible experience."
