"I was sent to this H&R Block location after the first location I went to closed. I met with the lady I was told to go see, she was very nice and stated that my paperwork had to be given to someone else who deals with businesses. That was a month ago and I have not gotten one phone call as to my paperwork, a status, nothing. I have called various times, I even called the main H&R Block customer service to try to get my paperwork back. Last time I called, I was told the location was temporarily closed. I will NEVER use an H&R Block again. It was the first AND the last time."

"I’ve been a loyal customer of H&R Block for 16 Yrs but I have to admit that lack of professionalism and customer service skills that the employees at this location and the Union NJ location have shown really has me shopping around to take my business elsewhere. They don’t stick to appointments, They have water cooler conversations in the midst of preparing your taxes, they never answer the phones, they also shout customer information across cubicles. And countless other reasons why I’ll be doing my own taxes next year or paying someone with a bit more professionalism"
