"If you want a summary of everything I’m about to say - do not go to this practice. Look somewhere else, and I mean that. It seems like all of the good reviews for this office are not recent, and that is for a good reason. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this practice. The amount of issues I have encountered are ridiculous - I don’t even know where to start and I couldn’t name them all. I have seen Dr. Hainer TWICE and have had around 10 visits to the office. The first time was for my first appointment, when she greeted me. The second time was for the placement of my IUD. Even when encountering problems I was very concerned about, Dr. Hainer is nowhere to be seen. Be aware you will most likely not be seeing the gynecologist. At least not for more than five minutes. Instead, you can only see her incredibly rude staff. I see reviews mentioning the ultrasound technician being rude and unprofessional, and I agree with this. I told her that the ultrasound she wanted to do would not work on me - which she herself told me the past TWO times she did an ultrasound on me. She told me both times it needed to be done transvaginally (after doing it on my stomach). She did an ultrasound on my stomach against my will “just in case” and I am still dealing with my insurance since I have a $250 bill for it. No discussion of coverage. No chance to check coverage. No respect for my wishes even when this had happened twice before. I have had an ongoing issue with my iud as well, ever since I got it placed, and I am brushed off every single time I make a visit to the office. They tell me all they can do is an ultrasound and then they tell me I’m fine - when my body is showing me clear signs something is wrong. I will never ever return here. And I will never tell anyone to go here. I have given them so many chances but your health is not something to mess around with. Find a team that is actually knowledgeable, actually cares about you, and that will actually take the time to talk to you as a person with needs and concerns. Oh, and about the broken stirrups someone complained about - yep. It’s been that way since I started going to the office two years ago. If they can’t even care enough to spend a little money on fixing their equipment, you should NEVER trust them with your reproductive health."
"My experience at this office was appalling. I saw this doctor last year and she was awful. Not to mention the rude front desk staff and outdated office full of plastic surgery pamphlets. Awful bedside manner, couldn’t decide what diagnosis to give me, and seemed clueless. She kept bringing up fibromyalgia after I’d already told her I was misdiagnosed with it years ago. I had a spot I wanted her to biopsy and she insisted it was “just a cut” when I don’t even shave. I eventually had it biopsied somewhere else and received a diagnosis (it certainly wasn’t nothing like she’d claimed). She ordered an ultrasound that I had to come back for and the ultrasound tech was annoyed, rushed, and rude the whole time. They also only had 1 stirrup and I was told it had been like that for months. I have chronic pain and issues with my hip yet I had to suffer through this ultrasound balancing 1 foot on a metal bar because they’re too cheap to get another stirrup. I’d hate to be pregnant and dealing with that uncomfortable situation. The icing on the cake was that the doctor never followed up with me about the ultrasound, and when I requested the results all I got was a paper with some scribbled notes on it that I couldn’t even make sense of, not a proper ultrasound report. The doctor also had a sign up that said “Don’t confuse your Google search with my medical degree.” which to me is a sign of a bad doctor. It shows that she’d rather feel superior for having a degree than care about the wellbeing and concerns of her patients. A good doctor appreciates input and will work with you about your concerns. Maybe her patients google things because she can’t provide adequate answers or care to them."
"A kind and caring doctor. And. Never a long wait. Dr Hainer makes you feel at ease and never rushes you out. I’m very pleased with her. Sincerely Linda Adamca"
"I used Dr. Hainer for 2 of my 3 babies. My last delivery was 3.5 years ago in 2019 and since then unfortunately the quality of care in this office has gone downhill. I recently saw her for an early pregnancy in September and the experience was extremely disheartening. My pregnancy ended in a loss & it was the ultrasound tech who gave me the news. This alone is unprofessional. There was no Doctor in the office & so I had to wait for her phone call. What I experienced, no one should. It has been several weeks and I am still waiting for her phone call. I called her office 5 times and they assured me she’d call me back. The final time I called they said the NP had called me but when checking my missed calls and voicemails there was absolutely no record of any missed calls from the office or a private number. I ended up going for a second opinion with another OB and I’m glad I did. She left me in the dark something no one should go through. I’m not sure if she’s seeing too many patients or what, but I can tell you as a Registered Nurse myself, I used to recommend her office all the time and I can no longer do so. Women are being overlooked and falling through the cracks and this is very dangerous. When you search for an OB you want to know that you and your baby in good hands, your life literally depends on it in this specialty. I thought long and hard about posting this, but I would not wish anyone to experience what I did. Nor would I want anyone to put their life or that of your unborn child at risk or fall through the cracks because a provider has too much on her plate. I really do hope this OB can figure it out and provide safe and better care, but in the meantime I would continue your search."
"I have decided to change doctor. The office personnel is rude, no phone call back when you have some sort of worries or problems.... After being with Doc Hainer for more than 15 years, the health care service is no longer at this address."
