"if anybody from Doctor Alams office checks this I would appreciate a response. I call and nobody answers and when I do get someone on the phone they say they will call back and never do. I think Dr. Alam is amazing but his staff is an issue. This is URGENT! My pharmacy calls and calls and calls and nobody responds to them. I need my prescription filled immediately! I have been called DURING BUSINESS HOURS and nobody answers the phone. Rebecca Sooy."

"He is the most amazing doctor I have had. He is caring and considerate, and listens to you. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to make sure all your concerns are addressed. Truly a gem of a doctor. I wish more doctors were like him. I hope he never retires."

"Dr Alam was my mother’s obstetric doctor for the birth of me, and later became my gynecologist. He has a gentle demeanor and is understanding and helpful. However, lately he has gotten extremely popular and I think is in charge of a unit in the hospital so it is extremely difficult to schedule with him, and i feel as though I was put on the back burner because I am a patient for gynecology, not obstetrics. I called and contacted the office four times in order to make sure a prescription was sent out for me ( they kept saying it was sent but it was not.) and they still have not sent it to express scripts even though they claim to have sent it (after FIVE phone calls from me.) WAY too full and busy. On rare occasion you may be sent home after waiting for multiple hours because of delivery emergencies dr alam is required to rush to. (Last month I waited two hours and ended up not even seeing him.) Find a doctors office who has the time and capacity for you! I literally was there to get my birth control prescription refilled. Should not be this difficult."

"Today was my first visit with Dr. Alam and it was the best experience I have ever had at a physician's office. When you walk into the office, you feel like you are at someone's home, it such a beautifully decorated office to go with its amazing staff. I was greeted with big smiles and the associates were happy to help me with any questions I had about the new patient paperwork. I had an 11am appointment and was even taken early. Dr. Alam is thorough and listens to all of your questions and concerns. He is a kind man and has an excellent bedside manner. If you are looking for a new Obgyn, call the office, you will not be disappointed."
