"While I absolutely love and adore Dr. Kaplan - I have seen her for over 20 years - I am so disappointed in her new office, Hackensack Median. The office staff is rude, uncaring, and just without logic. Not to mention the office itself and treatment rooms are completely without understanding of the patients and treatments are taking place within them. Ive never been treated so badly and unprofessionally in my life by a medical staff. Between laughingly told that my medical files will be updated when they get updated ... "if they get updated" ... to being crammed into an exam room where literally i felt like my legs and lady bits where hanging into the hallway the room was so small... i am sadly now moving to a new doctor. I will miss Dr. Kaplan terribly, but patient experience is everything and the new experience is not one i care to repeat."

"Update: After the rescheduled appointment was made, the doctor CANCELLED for another week. Very unprofessional staff! Would NOT recommend. Receptionist was awful. After my sister had an appointment here, she went to the previous address which is 4 minutes away and the receptionist DIDN'T MENTION THIS!!! She had to reschedule the appointment for another week! Very unprofessional!"
