"My wife and I have been using H&R Block the last few years. Every year has been fine, nothing bad to say about this location. The prices are a little high but that’s basically everywhere you go now a days, unless you do them yourself. We were provided with great help by Gerry. He is an outstanding tax pro. Takes his time and is very thorough. He really values your time and makes sure you understand the process. We had an issue with loans that he broke down and helped us figure out the correct numbers. Gerry is a really great guy, down to earth and compassionate about his work. We highly recommend using him. He really made our day and helped us get back a nice return. Thanks again, Gerry. Looking forward to next years taxes!!"

"I have made multiple appointments with this branch starting close to two months ago and they all get cancelled last minute with no explanation. Most recently I received a text notification that my in person appointment had been moved up three days to a phone appointment taking place 10 minutes from the time I received the text message but I also then never received a call. I have called multiple times and the calls either go unanswered or the representative tells me they will look into it and get back to me but never do."
