"Great gym n great people. The positive energy at this place is great. You have professional boxers, semi-pro n beginners. From a beginner, the Pros are always there, (6am a lot) take time to say hello, give advice, personal train. They custom fit a training program to my level, push you, encourage you to get better and also customized to my skill level. Pros have shared some great literature/books to get you in a proper/better mindset to train. I looked. At a few boxing gyms (one owned by an old friend) these are great people and trainers. Very happy w my choice. My wife and kids are loving it too!"
