"First time to this facility and will be the last!! Not my first time using softball pitching machine. Do to the worn out machine, the machine kept shifting after each pitch. I tightened the T screw but machine still kept moving. Got a staff member to help position the machine. Again after a couple pitches T screw kept shifting pitches. Softball machine so bad my daughter got hit by a pitch. If equipment is not working properly it should not be rented, somebody could get seriously injured. Should be able to respond to owners replies when leaving a review!! If your coming here for Softball wait for the new machine."

"Brought my kids to do the batting cages. I have 1 son 1 daughter. Men's batting cages were decent, the girls pitching machine is horrible. The machine cannot throw 2 consistent pitches. Spent much more time moving it around than anything. The gentleman that works there said they are getting a new one, let's hope. Went with a friend and her daughter as well. Due to the failure of the machine, her daughter was hit by the pitch."
