"Most horrible cover I’ve ever seen. Warped and covered in water in 2 days. Then asked me to pay to ship it back to them so they could “evaluate” the cover. Don’t waste your money! Paid over $2500!! Update: Merlin wouldn't offer any kind of discount for replacement. Said their covers shouldn't have done this."
"Only giving one star because I had too. I paid well over $3,000 for a custom safety cover. I gave my original cover so it would be an exact match. Here I am three years later with no resolution. Merlin took the cover back and returned it, it still does not fit. I was told that they would rectify it this year. Now I can’t get a response. Attaching picture for reference."
