"I generally never write reviews, but wanted to take the time to leave this review because deciding to walk into Cycle and Cryo was the best decision of my life. Marina and Will are such amazing people. They genuinely care about their clients and are so incredibly passionate about what they do. The workouts are intense, fun, and different and you will SWEAT. And the overall environment that Marina creates is nothing short of magical. There’s definitely something for everyone. I’ve never looked forward to working out before, but now I find myself sad on the days I can’t be there and am excited to jump out to bed and start my day there on days that I can. I recently participated in one of Marina’s Six Week Challenges and OMG. The knowledge she bestows is invaluable and I lost 21lbs during that time (and even more since), which I’ve never been able to do before. My weight loss (which I’ve struggled with my whole life) has been sustainable and consistent and I know I owe all that to Marina, and her wisdom and encouragement. I’ve never felt as strong or as capable as I have since I started routinely attending Marina’s classes in Jan.
