"Despite my numerous complaints and suggestions, the gym management persistently disregards them. The main issue is the daily vacuuming that occurs during the busiest time at the gym, specifically between 5 and 7 pm. The constant noise and disturbance caused by the person vacuuming directly next to me while I'm exercising is incredibly frustrating. From a customer friendly perspective, it is generally not recommended to vacuum a fitness club during the busiest time of the day as it can cause disruptions and distractions to the members working out. The noise from the vacuum cleaner can be loud and bothersome, making it difficult for members to focus on their exercise routines. Additionally, the vacuuming process may create a lot of dust and debris, which can be kicked up into the air and potentially cause breathing problems or allergies for some individuals. Please schedule vacuuming during off-peak hours when the gym is less busy. This can minimize disruption to members and allow for a more thorough cleaning without affecting the overall gym experience. 5347 views as of 2.1.24 It took over six months, until 9/21/23, for the fitness club's management to finally reach out. Surprisingly, their goal wasn't to address the situation to my satisfaction but rather to pressure me into removing my review. Furthermore, I was threatened with membership suspension without adequate grounds. Now, it seems I am being followed by a vacuum cleaner guy, seemingly protected by the management. I've chosen not to complain again as it seems futile. I'm compelled to use earplugs and stay as far away as possible due to the incessant vacuuming."

"Started going here in January 2023. Good selection of lifting machines and free weights. Half of the cardio machines make noises/clicks when operating or don't have working tvs. If the tvs work, they have different working channels from the machine next to it. Can't you do any better? Lockers are disgusting and all need to be individually cleaned, plenty of body hair left behind indicating they haven't even been vacuumed. They've been the same since I started going. Sauna is broken half of the time, and the other half smells disgusting. Needs to be cleaned more regularly along with rest of locker room. Edit: adding some photos, hopefully the staff handles these complaints that have been filed multiple times. Can we get the tvs working on the machines already? It's a Sunday and not a single channel playing an NFL game is working. Pathetic. Edit 10/29 Tvs still broken. 2/8 stairclimbers do not work at all and have been broken for weeks. 8/8 have non functioning TV's along with half the treadmills and bikes. Get your pathetic gym together. You collect plenty of dues from rich medford mom's. No reason this gym is this busted. Edit 12/8 Somehow a month later the stairclimbers still don't have functioning TV's. The cleanliness of this gym is a problem. The lockers are covered in hair as dirt. They clearly have not been cleaned in months. The sauna and showers are only cleaned once a week, on Friday nights. Oh by the way - the sauna will close early on Fridays for cleaning! Shouldn't that be cleaned.. idk everyday? Along with the showers? And afterhours, when your members and guests are not trying to use facilities? Why is so hard to clean here? Why is so hard to do it after hours? You are making more then enough profits, pay employees to stay late and do the cleaning when you're not interrupting everyone else's workouts. Edit 12/8.. 20 min later I once again expressed my complaints with whoever was running the gym, not the manager, who said they "would let him know." These haven't been dealt with for a year, I've expressed multiple times my core issues. I am changing to a one star as I could tell nothing will ever be done to address any customer complaints."
