"Decent DoD field house type of gym. Large open area for classes. Good assortment of machine and free weights. Bonus for functional equipment like sleds and deadlift bars. Minuses not a very good selection of kettle bells and medicine balls, go from very light to heavy and not much in between. Men’s locker room roomy and plenty of lockers. Free WiFi in building. Clean and well maintained. Only big complaint is young kids seem to use as an after school hangout and get in the way. Overall well worth a visit!"
