"My daughter and I started back in November and absolutely love it. She comes home from school everyday excited to go learn more. Last week she got her first stripe and is on her way to get more and test for her next belt. We have both been learning to listen more and have better patience while having a healthy outlet and learn self defense for real life situations. They teach you more than what's physical but also mental growth and to care for others while defending yourself and the ones you love. One of my favorite things about this school is that they care and want to be involved in your life in a positive way and build strong bonds. There's something for everyone at any age from 4 on. "I’ve been attending cardio and adult kickboxing classes at Affinity Martial Arts for the past 3 months and it’s been an amazing experience.
