"My 4 year old started in August. She was initially timid and apprehensive. Now she is the first one on the mat. She is focused and loves going. All the instructors are great and even though there are 9 kids in the class, the instructors make each kid feel special. The instructors support each student's strenghts and build confidence where the student may show weeknesses. They also provide friendly competition without "every kid gets a trophy" mentality."
