"I'm never one to complain about a service; however, I paid $430 to have my taxes filed by a professional (only 2 returns). I was never told this would be the amount up front & was shocked when I picked up my tax return... on top of what I "owed" in return. I then found out the person who filed my taxes made a huge mistake with my income number... I ended up going to a different location to straighten out & resubmit twice to IRS. I was very unhappy with the general service, communication, amount of money I paid for it to be filed wrong anyway, & an excess wrong amount of money I owed to the IRS. I was out of that money for almost a year & it was a headache to deal with. I hope this hasn't happened to anyone else! Unfortunately will not be using their service again...."
