"The Wave Dance Alliance studio is beautiful! It is extremely clean and newly furnished with a LOT of space. I have been taking the Adult Stretch/Core class with Melissa. If you’re nervous about signing up for adult classes - don’t be!! Melissa gives modifications for each move depending on your level. She makes the class fun and is super motivating. I leave every time feeling like I had a great core workout! I highly recommend and I am going to be signing up for more of the adult classes."
