"Often low on stock and disorganized. Most of the store associates are great but one of the managers named Jackie is such a nasty person. I’d prefer going to a different location simply to not deal with that negativity."

"After testing positive for Covid 19 using a home test, my employer required an additional lab test. I saw walgreens did testing at their pharmacy, and I scheduled an appt for later in the day, 4:15pm I received a confirmation and reminder. I arrived early and was given paperwork. I had already tested positive, so I was foggy. Thankfully, I noticed they gave me paperwork for vaccine consents! Covid and flu, and I am allergic to flu vaccine. They ran both through my insurance, and finally when I saw they gave me the wrong paperwork, I reminded the young lady I was positive for covid and wanting a lab test confirmation of such. She talked to manager who told me the pharmacist on call does not know how to do the testing she asked that I come tomorrow. REALLY??? All this, in 30 degree weather and having a fever.... I made the appointment early morning, there is absolutely no excuse for such incompetence! If you are in need, save yourself the additonal headache and go elsewhere!!!. Luckily I noticed before I had 2 needles in my arm..TOTAL DISGRACE!"

"I d like to commend yr employee in Pharmacy, His name is Anthony I had an issue with an employee but this gentleman a pharmacy Technician resolved my issues. Thanks. Good job and yr attentiveness was impeccable maybe yr work ethic can rub off on yr co-workers. Kenny Cetinich"

"The process to order online and pick up at the store is a nightmare!! No item availability, I'm not sure why they give you a substitute option if they do not utilize it. ?? I had to call corporate to get assistance. Thankfully they were able to help. Store manager wasn't able to assist. Never ordering pickup at the store again!!!"

"I went to buy some items late at the time, the place was clean and well arranged, and I could get what I wanted without help, and the strange thing was that there was only one employee at the cashier, which caused a queue, but his treatment was good with those present"
