"I joined F45 3 weeks ago and can’t praise enough how much I love going there to work out and getting stronger. As a Physical Therapist, I value functional training and proper form. This is what F45 is known for. Even with a slight ankle injury, I was able to complete all the work outs by modifying as needed and still feeling the burn. Kerrie, the owner, is wonderful. She keeps the gym clean, has high energy and is always smiling and giving you encouragement to keep going to reach your goals. The atmosphere is fun and lively.
