"Poor quality and service, every time we take a truck there it takes weeks to get it fixed, in many occasions, we have to bring the vehicle back because it was not fixed properly and then more down time. Parts are most of the time out of stock. We stop buying Carrier units for this reasons, we get better quality and service from the other brand. New management seem to be more professional and communicative, hopefully they can turn things around a provide better support and service."

Brand new, everything is untouched I'll better go anywhere else than to penngroup Awful scammers I"
