Denny Stadium

"It was a bitter sweet experience . The reason I was there, my grandsons graduation that was the sweet part. The bitter part since I also graduated from South River High and the tearing down ( which was necessary for safety) of Denny Stadium brought back a flood of memories . I watched our football team go undefeated, ran high hurdles and played in the marching band."

"Was there attending a recreational league for 5-13 years old football. Field could use updating if used fir high school."

"Went there for a football game my granddaughter was cheerleading it was very nice the field was kept clean the kids had fun there was a concession stand where they sold coffee tea snacks for the kids breakfast sandwiches hot dogs hamburgers french fries etc.. it was very nice afternoon the grounds are very well kept and by the way my granddaughter's school one go south river nights!!♥️"

"Visiting team was booed as they entered the field for a football game. Not by some of the fans, but by many in the home team stand. What has happened to good sportsmanship lessons we should be teaching our kids?"

"It's a nice stadium with a Football field surrounded by a Track. It has bleachers and bathrooms. I went there to see the South River Fireworks. I also used to run the track when I coached track for Corpus Christi School."
