"The Club has everything I need and the staff is amazing. Denzel, Caroline and Pat at the front desk to the manager Juan, everyone greets you with a smile. They are helpful with any questions. My trainer Pete Luo specializes in working with clients with my issues and he is more than patient. Highly recommend this Chelsea club."
"I loved this gym. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership due to some personal changes but I wish I was able to stay. I have been struggling with gym anxiety and this place truly helped me conquer my anxiety. The staff is incredibly kind and has always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. This is also one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. When it came time to cancel my membership both Denzel and the manager Juan made it the simplest process I have ever experienced ( we all know how awful the gym cancellation process can be ). I recommend this gym to anyone. If you have any questions along your fitness journey the team at W16th will help you reach your goals. I hope to be able to re-join this gym in the future once I am back in the neighborhood!"
"I find this NYSC in order. I enjoy coming here. Today December 2, in the cycling class I must say it was different than any other cycling class. It was excellent experience. The instructor Candace Coffman was great. Professional, kind. I hope we can see more of her at this location. It has been my experience the front desk are attentive and kind."
"Need to share my experience at this NYSC. Had some personal issues and needed physical help. I met up with Pete the manager & personal trainer. After an evaluation he immediately set up goals to balance and strengthen me. I needed support and his expertise was great. A special thanks to Joseph my current trainer. Joseph is an amazing person who wisely strengthens my body. I could not do this alone and highly recommend Pete and Joseph!"
"If I could give this place negative reviews, I'd need to borrow the world's tiniest pen, because their service is beyond minuscule! I froze my membership in 2022, hoping for a frosty break, but come 2023, they thawed out my bank account and started charging me like they were auditioning for a comedy show called "Stealthy Swindlers." So I called them up, ready to cancel this circus act, and they promised they canceled my membership entirely. But here we are on July 1st, and I'm still funding their buffoonery! They don't even have an online cancel button, probably because they're too busy juggling excuses. And just try removing your payment method! They'll cling to it tighter than a squirrel clutching a prized acorn. So I called the establishment and had the pleasure of chatting with Rhki, the world's most confused welcome desk attendant. Despite my efforts to enlighten her about my canceled membership, she insisted on playing a round of "Guess When You Froze Your Membership." She even cranked up the volume to yell at me, as if she were auditioning for a heavy metal band called "Screaming Rhki." Well, I matched her energy, and she responded by dramatically hanging up the phone, leaving me stranded on a laughter-filled cliffhanger. Determined to end this comedy of errors, I called again and again, but it was like they hired Houdini as their receptionist because nobody picked up. So, I took matters into my own hands and strutted into the gym like a stand-up comedian ready to drop the punchline. I requested an investigation into the mysterious charges and begged for an answer to the riddle of the relentless payments. But instead of applause, I got an encore of absurdity. The receptionist, clearly aspiring to be a drama queen, asked me to exit stage left. When I refused, she unleashed her ultimate weapon: the threat of summoning the cops! She painted herself as a victim of my comedic presence, even though there were more cameras in that gym than at a Hollywood premiere. The sirens wailed, and the police arrived, expecting an epic showdown. But to their amusement, they realized it was just a sidesplitting gym membership fiasco. They chuckled, not quite giving me a standing ovation, and proclaimed, "This is not a police matter, folks!" They then imparted their sage wisdom, advising me to seek salvation from the Better Business Bureau, the heroes of canceled memberships. So here I am, still paying for a membership to a gym I can only admire from afar, while preparing my finest comedic routine for the BBB. Note to self: if you want abs of steel, try laughing your way through this gym's absurd membership maze. Just be sure to bring a sense of humor that's stronger than their cancellation policy!"
