"I have been a veteran swim mom for almost 20 years. Both my children swam in high school. One went on to swim at collegiate level while the other decided not to. But both of them have benefited tremendously from a systematic training with Fluid Mechanics' consultants to improve efficiency in the water and prevent them from injury. First, Fluid Mechanics uses an evidence based program to correct any inefficient strokes to help a swimmer swim more efficiently in the water with better hydro dynamics. One of my swimmers improved a lot in the 200 fly while the other swimmer competed at Sectionals. In addition to gaining more efficiency in the water, I also strongly believe that the fact that neither of them experienced injuries could be attributed to proper training with the Fluid Mechanics' program."
