"I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I ordered uniforms in August and only received part of it. I requested a refund now they will not give me a refund for my missing items I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OR REFUND. They have no one who replies to emails in a timely manner and when they do they say they have just shipped 6 each email saying they just shipped this is the worst company ever and even worse customer service"

"This company is a joke. It’s too bad zero stars aren’t an option, because they don’t even deserve 1. After placing an order for my child’s jerseys on August 1st (with the soccer season beginning in early September) I was very disappointed that the jerseys had still not shipped by the first game. But okay, things happen and shipments get delayed, right? Totally understandable. By October 3rd we had already had four games with no jersey. At this point it had already been 2 months since I had originally placed the order for the jerseys, which had still not been shipped with the order still saying it was being “processed”. I reached out to Capelli’s customer support on this day to cancel the order and begin processing a refund as at this point, we were already halfway through the season. They responded October 7th saying that they were working with the fulfillment center to get it shipped. After more back and forth of trying to get the order shipped, and constantly being told that it would be shipped out “soon” from October 7th-November 3rd, we were told that the order would be shipped “on or around November 10th”. Our season ended November 4th. In the last email I had received before they were shipped, the customer service representative informed me “once you receive the order, please reject the package so USPS may return it back to us. Once the package is returned, we will be able to refund your original order”. Now that I have actually received the package and have reached out to customer service yet again, I am being told that the jerseys cannot be returned as they are “personalized with numbers”, something that was never relayed to me previously. Therefore, my $75 that was spent on jerseys that were not received until almost 3 weeks after the season had ended is COMPLETELY wasted as this joke of a company refuses a refund. After speaking with other parents AND coaches, it is extremely clear that this company is notorious for having issues such as we have had. Any leagues working with this company should seriously consider cutting all ties with them, and I would advise anyone considering to work with them to run. They are a money driven company with no sympathy for their customers and players."

"They are sending order too late and never answer phone Even I requested to update size but did not do it. I am still waiting more than a month to change it It is very ridiculous. I am not sure why clubs are still purchasing from this company. Please make sure that buy right size otherwise it is nightmare for you. I am not sure how clubs will purchasing still. Season about the end but still not contacted me."

Finally a month and a half later capelli said my order shipped AFTER I requested my order to be cancelled and a refund now they will not give me a refund and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. They have no one who replies to emails or phone calls!!!"
