"This is a wonderful Taekwondo gym in Glen Rock NJ. The facility is very clean and open and Master Heo is great with all the kids. My son went from a no belt to almost soon to be black belt (My son was one of the first group of students to enroll when he first opened up). Master Heo really motivates the kids and is very kind and positive. He asked my son if he had a six pack in the beginning of his first few classes, my son said no... Master Heo said "I'm going to give you one." Low and behold - my son has developed a six pack!! His confidence is up and he is stronger. This is truly a great place to build mental confidence and physical strength. Master Heo also makes birthdays so special for all the kids and gets each child a personal beautiful mini cake from a Korean bakery which is sooo thoughtful!! (I know he goes out of his way to get these cakes because I know this bakery and where it's located and it is not close by to the Champions Gym). If your child wants to try martial arts, I highly recommend this particular location the Glen Rock Champions Martial Arts with Master Heo!!"
