"The saunas are ALWAYS broken, the equipment can be in rough shape depending on the day. The staff can be really cool but also extremely rude, depending on who is working the front desk. It’s extremely spacious so it never feels cramped! I would not go out of your way to go to this NYSC, but if it’s all that’s accessible it works."

"I was encouraged to share the frustration with the current situation here as well. Here it is; Since 2020 they never replaced the towels while actively charging members for it. They did replace about 20 different employees tho. The sauna is dirty, and hasn't been working properly for a week. A lot of excuses from the staff on the floor, which is understandable since they are not in charge of the management or the budget. If i didn't live close, this gym would be the last option! FIX THE BROKEN THINGS, CLEAN THE DIRTY STUFF! You are abusing memberships and not providing the services from the contract!!!!"

"This use to be a great gym. After the pandemic, and new management, they changed the hours to open later, they no longer provide towels, and they removed and never replaced their cardio machines. They have about 10 treadmills but 4 only truly work at running speeds. The rest will jerk as you run, which is seriously dangerous. They got rid of the elliptical machines that simulate running, and their are only 5 elliptical machines in the entire gym. The new management seems to be focused on free weights because that’s the only investment I’ve seen. Lastly, they no longer have sanitation wipes. Instead they make you spray a paper towel to wipe down the machines. Please go somewhere else if you can. The best thing about this gym is the location, but I’d rather add more time to my morning if it means a better place to workout."

"Not worth the money. The staff doesn't take the time to rack the weights in numerical order, so you spend half your workout searching for matching weights. It's dirty. Benches are run down. Exercise mats are splitting and hard to find. The treadmills are old and uncalibrated, so they slow down or stall when you run. Theres not enough equipment. Usually only one of everything on the second floor. The locker room is dirty and lockers are old. Do not come here."

"So I started this membership when I first moved to the area in January because it was the most convenient option in the local neighborhood. Upon starting, I noticed multiple machines didn't work, but I decided to give the employees enough time to fix the equipment and it never happened. There are approximately 13 treadmills and at todays current date (03/6/2018) there are only 7 of those that are functioning properly. Recently I had a machine suddenly stop while running at 10.5mph which is absolutely terrible for your knees and poses a huge safety concern. The weights are absolutely NEVER organized and good luck trying to find any space to work out the majority of the time. This is by far the worst gym I have ever been a member of, and needless to say my membership has been cancelled. If I can offer one piece of advise... I did not take these reviews seriously before I signed up for my membership. But, please do yourself the favor and listen to the reviews. You can find a MUCH MUCH better gym than this. Finally, it's so sad that when I walked up to the front desk to cancel my membership... no questions were asked... they clicked a few things on the computer and told me my last day.
