"4 months ago, I took my son to D1 for a trial session. By the end of the session which was a blend of performance drills, strength training and plyometrics, my son was hooked. Coming from a competitive track-and-field and soccer background myself, I was tempted to sign up. However I had lived a sedentary lifestyle for the better half of two decades and I wasn’t sure I could handle it. As I watched my son enjoy and push himself during his workouts, I mustered up the courage to sign up. In the short time I have been with D1, the transformation in my life has been nothing short of amazing.
