In comparison to other personal training I’ve received in the past, this is definitely a better overall experience. I was hesitant to try personal training again but I’m glad I did. "I'm going on 3 weeks at Fast Twitch. I come 2x per week to the adult fitness classes with Coach Jeremy.. I've been an athlete most of my life and was a gymnast and rugby player most of my childhood/teenage years.. I love training hard and being pushed to do things I doubt I can do. Coach Jeremy has started to figure out that I'm much stronger than I let on and adds more weight to push me and I truly love it. My ultimate goal is to become strong enough to do a push up /pull up one day. I know with Coach Jeremy's help I can ..I wish there were more week day classes ..I love it so much"
