Our institution, specializing in health, is led by Sifu Nelson Mendez, who was trained by Paul Vunak in the mid-1980s and has been teaching Jeet Kune Do ever since.

Jeet Kune Do, created by the legendary Bruce Lee in 1965, is known as the forerunner of MMA and is focused on practical self-defense. Our studios are designed to help you achieve the goal of getting home safe, with unique training methods that set us apart from traditional martial arts schools.

At our school, you will not only learn Jeet Kune Do but also the foundational art of Wing Chun, which is widely regarded as the most effective form of Kung Fu. We specialize in adult self-defense classes, offering a unique and empowering experience for our students.

For children, our school offers the opportunity to evolve from beginners to competent martial artists, teaching them valuable skills to defend themselves. Kung Fu, the predecessor of all martial arts, is a complete and ancient art form that forms the basis of our training.

In addition to Jiu Jitsu, popularized by the UFC, our curriculum includes various forms of grappling to provide a well-rounded martial arts education. Our class schedule runs Monday to Friday from 4pm to 9pm, with Saturday classes from 11am to 1pm. Morning classes are available by appointment only, and we are closed on Sundays.
