"I signed my grandchildren up for MMA in 2021 in hopes that they would find something they enjoy to do. WELL here we are 2023 & they LOVE it!!! They were extremely introverted, shy and unless you were family they were hesitant with others. I enjoy watching them with this new found confidence that they can do anything they set their minds to. The instructors are great and very hands on, so not only are they learning to follow instructions. It gives them the discipline needed to be successful. I highly recommend Tiger Schulmann for all ages. It's amazing to see kids that are willing to put the iPad away to practice what they have been taught or learning.
