"Be very careful . Unauthorized money withdrawal from my bank for two years. ($6651.12)Name on the bank was by initials that unfortunately I didn't recognize. I thought it is my husband's work activities and he thought it was mine . That's our mistake. I took my two daughters for a month December 2018 and I paid for that month so they can try it out . My children didn't want to continue. I informed "Shihan" that we are no longer interested nor coming. When I made payments I used my credit card and he claimed then that it didn't work so I paid by two separate checks one for each child. They kept withdrawing automatically $277.13 times 24 months for the year 2019 and 2021. This business never had any authorization to make monthly withdrawals. None of my children attended any sessions except the ones back in the month of December 2018. I have the receipts for that month . I immediately contacted them, "Rena" took my complaints. After many calls so I can get my money Shihan called and explained to me that they had a different billing company and he will definitely check things out and get back to me . I have texts from him proving everything and that it is not their money. Left messages and many more text but of course they will not return any. I waited and waited but i should have never waited and begged for my own money. Practice what you preach Shihan. Respect, integrity and honesty. You owe me money and you know it. Wether it is someone else who did ur billing or some glitches in your system, you took my money and that belongs to me n my children. I have been in and out of hospitals since 2019 and now I am back and I will get my money in the court."
