"FIND ANOTHER CLEANING COMPANY! We were loyal customers for fifteen years until we discovered that cash had been stolen from inside a drawer in our home. The money had been counted before the house cleaning appointment, and immediately afterward, a substantial amount of it (greater than $100) was missing. The company was completely uninterested in making this right- the woman we spoke to claimed that she talked to the cleaning ladies who had been in our home and "they said they didn't take anything." Did she expect them to just admit to it? She also claimed that all their cleaners go into bedrooms two at a time so no cleaner is alone (very optimistically assuming cleaners will keep each other accountable). I can't say for sure whether they were being dishonest or they were genuinely under the impression that their employees do this, but we KNOW that this is not true. Every time they have come to our house, they go in different directions and are never in the same room at once except large rooms like the kitchen. But their workers' word was taken against ours and we were not even offered a refund for that day's cleaning, let alone the amount that was stolen. In hindsight, God only knows how much and how often their cleaners stole from us or other customers. If they would treat customers of 15 years this way (who have absolutely no reason to lie), they will DEFINITELY not care when their cleaners rob a new customer. Before this incident, we had a few problems in recent years with things breaking, like the wooden latticework of a cabinet being snapped into tiny pieces by aggressive handling- when we tried to repair it, the very next week it was broken again into smaller pieces that now cannot be glued together. We always gave the benefit of the doubt, never wanting to make a big deal out of things that could have been accidents, but it is too much to rob your customers and then blatantly lie about it. It seems like this company is not what it used to be. There are other cleaning companies out there- you're better off using one of them. "I hired A1 a few times and have been happy with results until this last 2 hour cleaning where I'm pretty sure they didn't vacuum or mop the hardwood floors. They came in on Tuesday before my renters were to arrive on Friday. I was only able to go down on Thursday night to check on the house. I had to clean ALL the floors and also found hair in the showers and shower doors were not wiped down of any water or soap marks. And none of the heater covers were wiped. Mind you I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and paid for 3 people to clean for 2 hours. They did move my couches in an effort to make it appear as if they cleaned the floors because they left huge scratch marks on the living room floor by the sofa and loveseat. They were completely UNaccomodating when I drove to the office so show them the filthy rags I had from cleaning after I paid them $200+. Would NOT use this company ever again and would NOT recommend either. Is there any way to post pictures so you can see how filthy it was after I paid them to clean."
