"Every time I go to this particular CVS i always have a great experience. I always deal with Jennifer. She’s an all star. She’s super friendly and always efficient. Today especially I had an annoying task and Arleath an associate, dealt with the issue very professionally and with a smile. It’s very refreshing to get amazing service these days. Especially at this CVS."

"I called 3 times , went there in person over several months.. They keep filling prescriptions that I told them not to. I was on the phone waiting for a pharmacist for an hour . I finally hung up. My doctor claims they haven’t sent them a prescription yet they keep sending me text telling me my prescription is ready. I give up since they won’t talk on the phone. Very poor service."

"I was on hold for 20 minutes to ask a question about a COVID test. Someone kept picking up without saying anything and putting me back on hold. When someone finally picked up and my question was asked, their answer was short and cold (“we don’t do those tests anymore. It’s $90. Go to urgent care if you don’t want to pay.”) ::click::"

"This is by far the worst CVS. The pharmacy staff is constantly rude and does not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Simple prescriptions like albuterol for my 2 year old have taken 2+ days to fill. Anytime my wife and I have spoke to the pharmacy staff they are rude and give an attitude. I understand that most places are understaffed but the professionalism at this store is way below average. The staff needs training in customer service and communication skills. In addition, important prescriptions need to be filled in a timely manner. I will be choosing a new pharmacy as a result."

"Time to move on. I know... Staff issues so on and so forth. CVS must start recruiting folks and offer a competitive wage. Drive through is typically closed. When I walk in, there are 15 folks in line with one counter person and it takes an hour to pick up a scripts. I switched out from my previous pharmacy due this exact issue. Now, I'm in the same boat."
