Please the Spanish community don’t go there they don’t like us they think that we are nothing we don’t know nothing"

"While I do prefer local vets, I will say I love Banfield. At least at the store in Neptune the staff is always friendly and really care about the animals. What more could you ask for?"

"Good doctors, hit or miss staff. Knowledgeable, and have had a great experience with our pets. I would say make sure they do the appropriate scheduling you want, as sometimes they will default to a drop off which can take very long if not prepared."

"My dog had to get his shots updated and they were very nice gave me a good appointment time and wait wasn't that bad at all. Also the Dr informed me about Bentley (my dog) has some dental work and they have payment arrangements. I get em groomed there also and of course like all dogs do there little shake n bake routine that they are going to die getting a trim and shampoo. He still is very relaxed. Highly recommend."

"The Vet who saw my cat was knowledgeable and totally comfortable with cats. She gave us a good bill Of health for airplane travel and she was excellent with following up and making sure we received the required documents. My husband and I are both in healthcare and rarely does human healthcare achieve this level of customer service!"
