"Today I was tasked with bringing in a cell phone for someone with specific requests as to making sure there was no residual comments on the phone. I relayed that message and Richard assured me he understood what that entailed. He did a great job and additionally was able to put a screen protector on my phone in a snap! Lola Tech is a trifecta… Knowledgeable people (especially Richard the owner) great follow through and excellent customer service. When it comes to cell phones/electronics Lola Tech is definitely the one to bet on!"

"Pricing and customer service was amazing, you can tell he cares about his business and wants it to be a reputable brand. Quoted me $285 on the phone (the lowest i got quoted in the city) and then says he can do it for $250 when I got there. This is probably the only local business in AC that does a 90 day warranty as well. Was told it would take 24 hours, they got it done within 6 hours."

"This place is the best! I had my I-phone repaired here, it needed a new charging port and a new battery. They also cleaned out my speaker & microphone and fixed the previously stuck on/off switch on the right side. The staff is very helpful, kind, and friendly. The space is very clean and pleasant. A relaxing You-tube channel, with beautiful large felines & soothing music was playing on the TV whilst I was there. Phone was fixed by the time promised and is working perfectly now. Richard is especially stellar; he is the specific gentleman who returned the perfected phone to me today. He assured me that they are very accommodating, if there happen to be any other issues, they will be happy to assist. Lola Tech is a welcome option, in these days where Apple has made it impossible for you to take the battery out yourself to replace it, and also pretty much just wants you to buy a new phone as often as possible. Highly recommended! 5 STARS!!!"
