"The pharmacy needs more staff. They are understaffed and overwhelmed. I received a text 3 days ago about medications being ready to be picked up and just waited 45 minutes as they weren’t ready. There was no explanation provided as to why the medication was not ready. The staff has no clue who is being serviced, who is waiting, what they are waiting on, etc. It’s just complete chaos. Notice to everyone, drop these big name pharmacies and choose the small business ones. They care and provide quality healthcare service."

"I actually switched from Walgreens who are horrible compared to CVS. Why? Because they offer me the chance to get three months worth of prescriptions. I mean who can beat that? Walgreens couldn’t deliver on that promise or even offer you anything with regard to savings. Having said that, I love the pharmacists here. They’re very knowledgeable and when you call for medical questions they’re nice. They’re not rude. However, the only problem I have and prevented the “Five-Star Review,” is the fact that they close the pharmacy during lunch breaks. Hey! I get it you’re hungry but that impedes on pedestrian traffic. Having said that, what’s wrong with an alternating lunch schedule?"

"Went to 5830 Amboy Rd Staten Island to pick up my blood pressure medication after receiving a few messages that it was ready to be told I had no medication ready. Wasted my time going there. The man who took care of me was very indifferent with no customer service skills. Told him to cancel my prescription which he didn’t. I’m still receiving messages that is ready. It’s a shame to have people like that working there."

"Hands down they’re one of the best pharmacies on the island. Normally, I pick up medicines for my father but last week we all came down with bronchitis. All I have to say is that whenever I called them, the pharmacist usually picks up the phone, and answers all of your medicine related questions. I’m happy that my dad chose CVS as his primary pharmacy and I’m looking forward to doing the same as well."

"Horrible the pharmacist told me she is refusesing fill my medication because I have insurance and won't let me pay cash with coupon. She said they don't take cash only when they feel like they take cash depend what mood the pharmacist comes in to work I guess decides what she wants to do which is illegal never in 31 years I witnessed such horrible lies and horrible service"
