"Worst bank I ever been to lol that’s why I switched banks I bring a check to cash after a job and the lady at the front won’t tell me what’s wrong with the check but she says it’s no good unbelievable I had to go back to the homeowner after a job and tell them to rewrite a check or give me cash. Luckily, cash worked out better anyway, never again."

"Wish I could give a zero. First always a line inside and one teller. Would not take a check made out to me into my business account. Manager kept saying it’s banking 101?!?!? I was not told this when I opened the account nor did I know this. This is what they do, get you as a customer than throw these rules at you that they didn’t tell you. Should of listened when people said don’t go to BOA."

"I’m getting ready to change banks now. I was married in 2021 and went to this office 3 times because they haven’t sent my new debit card. It’s now 2023 and I went back a forth time and was told they never linked my card to my new name, she said she’d take care of this and I’d have my new card sent within 14 days! I still haven’t received my card and it’s been over a month now! I’d rather have a bank closer as of now I’m in Barnegat nj and I have to drive 10times to a branch because all we have closer is a ATM I’m not a bit happy. I’ll change my back if I don’t get it this week because I’m not going back Update: I called and spoke to Jennifer who was very nice and said she was putting a rush on my card, today is Wednesday and I’ll have it by Friday… she seemed to know what she was doing so hopefully I receive my card"

"Doesn't surprise me what a low rating this bank has - wish I could do a negative rating. Waiting on line FOREVER with just one teller in the middle of the day - the other one just shut down and then asking the one teller that's open for help with her own stuff vs clearing out the line first, making it an even longer wait, and the one teller complying as well. What a joke! Customers waiting was the last thing on their mind. Isn't that what the in-person experience is about? I see other employees walking around not even making eye contact with the line waiting - couldn't care less either. Got so tired of waiting I walked out - saw others do the same that came in after me. I was patient. No wonder automated machines are taking over the customer service experience. What a shame..."
