"This is not a review about the doctors because I’ve only had one visit with a doctor. This is based on their office in general. Their clerical staff is horrendous. Two out of three visits I left so annoyed. First, I schedule my 6 month old puppy for neutering on a Monday and take off from work. I was told they will call me the night before with information on when he needs to stop eating and drinking, etc. I never received said call so I called them early the day of the surgery just to make sure I did everything I was supposed to and they told me he was scheduled for the next day and that I told them the day they called me with the information for his surgery that I wanted a specific Dr to do the surgery and that’s why the day was changed. Meanwhile, I was brand new to the practice and had no idea about any of the doctors. So they had a conversation with someone thinking it was me, but it wasn’t, which means they messed up on my appointment and the person that actually wanted the change. The lady was nasty on top of it and made me feel very uncomfortable that they were going to “squeeze” me in for my puppy’s neutering. My very next visit after the neutering and I had a technician appointment for a vaccine at 10 am. I am the only one in the waiting room upon entering. They took 4 other patients who entered after me. Finally, after one person who came after me was checking out at 10:40 I asked what the hold up was. They said they were short staffed but they will see if a tech was available to take my dog. From that point, I was seen and checked out within 10 minutes. They couldn’t have just done that from the beginning? How do you make someone wait 40 minutes for a 5 minute visit? It’s unfortunate that the front office will make this practice lose patients."

"I have been with this practice approximately 25 years. I started with them with my dog Shamus when they were located in their Englishtown office. I am still with them now with my dog Maverick. This practice has continued to grow over time. The veterinarians, especially Dr. DeBaecke and Dr. Lynch have always been so supportive throughout all the years. I will never forget Dr. DeBaecke’s compassion when Shamus passed. Kim and Lisa and the rest of their office staff have always been professional and kind. I have recommended this practice to many family members as well as friends and will continue to do so. They are the best!"

They did a great job as usual and we know we made the right decision to go back to our favorite vet ever. It was totally worth the trip."

"An amazing lady at reception was able to get us an appointment last minute for my cats that were not eating/ feeling well. I wish I caught her name but, she is so very much appreciated! We then saw Dr. Lynch who is amazing and gave my husband and I so much helpful information and insight on the issue at hand. He took time to explain everything to us and answer all questions we had! Our boy who he treated is getting back to himself and we are so grateful. I am so appreciative for the staff at Country Animal Hospital!"
