"I bought a Vanilla Gift Card for $100 and when I opened it, 4 of the numbers are scratched off. Walgreens will not return the purchase. How about preventing thieves from tampering with your gift card? I should not have to go through this horrible return process!"

"They do not know how to properly pull up insurance. They had me sitting in the pharmacy for 45 minutes to tell me my insurance does not cover a COVID booster. What a joke"

"Things are out of control at this store! Made an appointment online for COVID booster. Went in, and they couldn't pull me up in the system with my insurance. Same insurance I've been using for years with every provider, including this very store! Tried to tell me there was "no match" or that it was an insurance issue. Checked with my insurance, and of course I'm covered. So I had to schedule an appointment with another pharmacy in 2 weeks and hope I don't get COVID in the meantime!"

"This is the second time I've had an issue with the print department and I'm done trying with Walgreens. The first time I had an issue they couldn't print half of my order and didn't think to say anything until I was checking out. I ordered it days in advance. Then today I needed something printed, just a few documents, less than 15 pages. I didn't get any confirmation so 2 hours after it was supposed to be ready I called and they said there was a printer jam and they were trying to fix it and just to hang on one more minute. 10 minutes later I am still on hold and they tell me they are still trying to fix it and it should be done soon. I cancelled the order. It's not worth it."

"This is not only the best Walgreens I’ve used, but absolutely the best pharmacy! The staff is SO kind, helpful and truly care. For example, during yesterday’s massive snow storm (2/1/2021) there was a prescription I absolutely needed as I had just had surgery. I was in contact with the pharmacist on and off throughout the day until I managed to get a safe way to get there in the storm. She held the prescription for me and waited until I got there to ensure I got my medication. This experience truly shows that there are still good, caring people in the world and this Walgreens has quite a few of them. Thank you!"
