"Store layout is not bad , but the head Pharmacist , I felt was rude on the phone, and when I went to pick up my prescriptions they gave me poor descriptions of new drugs that I was taking for the first time. When she tried to explain about the the new prescriptions she said there is possibility that one of the prescription might interfere with the other prescription,(which was not stated on the bottle or the print out paper stapled to the bag. She did not clarify if i should take the prescriptions together or separately. Or should it be taken in the morning and the prescription take in the Afternoon. I had to ask someone I know who was in this field of work and they made it clear for me on how should and when should i take them . I have to say I never have experienced such a remarkable poor knowledge of medications from a pharmacist before. I have picked numerous amount of prescriptions from all major pharmacys through out my years and this is first time I truly can say I would come back to this store only to pick otc items and things, but never will have my doctors send a new prescriptions or refills to this location again."
"The absolute worst customer service! I had to stand on line for over 20 minutes to pick up my prescription. And of course when I get to the counter my pickup takes 90 seconds. The staff are a bunch of inconsiderate @ssholes. They all move like turtles. Just standing behind the counter talking about nothing. It’s not rocket science's, it should be in and out."
"The worst service. They seem to be enjoying it too. I waited in line for an asian woman (she wouldn't give me her name) who took 10 minutes to figure how to give this woman back her money. After she finished, she abandoned me and the others standing there. I saw the asian woman with glasses again while I was struggling to figure out my credit on my receipt at the self-check out. She told me she didn't know anything about receipts and that I should go to the pharmacy (who told me to go to them in the front). I went back to the pharmacy (who gave me the credit) and the stand-in pharmacist yelled at me, I'm not the manager! I went back to the front and Tyler the manager told me he was on break and shooed me away. I got homophobic vibes from the manager even though I will say that the greeter in the front was very nice. It always seems like a mixed bag in this store."
"Most of the time I can find what I'm looking for. Sometimes the staff will give you a little help. When asking for a product the answer is it's in that isle, then you say i was there and didn't see it can you help me look and the answer is usually no ,sometimes you get a staff who is more than willing to help. All employees should be the same way especially at night, and I have had them say no to me many times. They rather loose the sale instead of checking if items are sold out and not to say If it is not on the shelf we don't have it."
