"We just used Lenegan and it was a great experience. Started with a tune up call but we discovered the AC wasn't working. They quickly squeezed us in for a Saturday appointment. We feared a new AC as the system was old. The tech was great and said...nope it was just a bad part. Needless to say, we signed up for annual service with them. Great honest and fast service. Highly recommend them."

"The plumbers and technicians are fantastic and know their stuff and the prices are very fair. I have done multiple jobs with Lenegan on my plumbing and my HVAC and the techs are top notch and very professional. However, the woman named Eileen who scheduled my job and answered the phone was rude, impatient, dismissive and condescending. This last experience having to deal with Eileen makes me say never again; I'll give up the great technicians and fair prices to avoid ever dealing with her again. She treated me like she was doing me a favor and that I was bothering her trying to get clarification on my job status. Highlights from our conversations with her included these gems: when stating that my condo was going on the market and I needed to get the showerhead replaced, would it be done in time? Her response: "I have my real estate license, no one will be looking in the tub just close the curtain" and "you won't have any showings before the weekend anyway" (we had five on Friday) when we asked for clarification as to when the work would be finished: "you will know it's finished when I send you an invoice". Spoiler alert, they invoiced me before the work was finished. She also contradicted herself multiple times, telling me one thing and then the next day saying something completely different. It's a shame because she is not indicative of the great service from the technicians."
