Reviews of Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)
"The lady who waited on my was rude she didn’t have to wait on me at all I didn’t open an account here because of her just cashed my check and left. Poor service"
"Completely unacceptable. Can't reach anyone by phone. Online and locator portal show the branch as open when in fact they are closed. Three times in the past two weeks I drove the hour round trip not to mention fuel costs for my truck only to find the doors locked. Multiple people milling around or sitting in their cars and looking at their phones trying to figure out how to conduct basic banking business. Just a horrible bank. Well Joseph thanks for your response. Unfortunately I don't think you actually read my review. Connecting with your care team online is not what I want to do. All I want to do is find an open branch where I can conduct my business. When the information (at the link you provided and at the branch website) about when various branches are actually open for business is incorrect, conducting business with BOA is very frustrating. I understand that things with BOA are in transition but when one of the largest and wealthiest financial institutions in the country isn't even able to let their customers know when they are open for business something is very wrong."
"After months of poor customer service and potential bank transaction errors, my mom asked that I assist her with getting her bank affairs in order. I arived at the Blueberey Crossing location at 930am to assist my elederly and handicap mom with a simple bank account change. My mom needed me to be added to her account to assist with her banking needs. Having heard horror stories and read reviews and seeing the 1.8 star rating I was cautiously optimistic. Since I was traveling from Florida and efficiency was important as my time was limited, I was hopeful that good customer service would prevail, given the special circumstances. I could not have been more wrong. The greeter advised us that we could not be seen until 1130am (2 hours later). She refused to acknowledge the circumstances and instead arrogantly said she could not help us. My mom was visibly upset and despite explaining how important this was to her and how short my time was, my mom was told by another representative that she could not help with our banking needs or appointment, but could assist with a glass of water or a tissue. It was only after they were advised that my mom would be pulling her funds and banking elsewhere were we then told that the entire process could be done via mail!! This after a previous visit by my mom when she was told I needed to be there in person with ID. Clearly customer service and training is absent from the Bank of America team. We look forward to banking elsewhere, where hometown customer service comes first."
"Drove 40 minutes to this location because I needed a teller. I come in and there's only one teller working and I wait in line for 25 to 30 minutes. Only to be told they don't have the amount of money I need to withdraw and they won't have it for another 3 days. I was under the impression that banks had money in them. I'm going to convince my wife to leave Bank of America for good. Never had good service in the first place, but to then be told I cannot withdraw my own money because they don't have that much there? In a bank? Where there's a room full of money? I'm done with this branch and this company."
"This bank consistently has the least amount of employees it can have at any given time. The lines are always incredibly long and yet the management at this location does not increase the amount of employees working per day to make up for it. It's worth changing banks completely just to avoid this branch."
