Bond Vet - Williamsburg

"Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Sebastian Betancourt Vasquez. We had an urgent and last minute (walk in) need to be seen with our senior dog and Bond Vet Williamsburg and their entire staff were so accommodating and kind (nurses, front desk, etc). We have tried out a few vets in the Williamsburg area and have constantly said “we need to find a new vet” because we always felt we had a mediocre or poor experience at every other place. Well, we found our new vet. Dr Vasquez was incredibly informative, provided us our options in an honest, caring and helpful way and guided us to make the best decision for our senior dog without hesitation or concern. I cannot express how thankful we are that he was the Dr we met at Bond Vet Williamsburg. Truly don’t waste any time searching for another option, we’ve tried out over 3 clinics here in the area. Pricing appeared comparable to all other Williamsburg locations. Kudos to Bond Vet on hiring phenomenal people who are genuinely compassionate and knowledgeable. *Update to this, EVEN BETTER, Bond Vet has an on call nurse to chat with during closed hours. I was calling to give the doctor an update on our dog in the event he wants to see him again and I expected to just leave a voicemail. Instead, Emily, a very sweet on call nurse picked up, she took down my notes and assured me Dr Vasquez would reach out today. I’m truly amazed. It often takes a long time to get a return call from other vets…. I’m thoroughly impressed!*"

"My cat was having some troubling symptoms and my regular vet wasn’t able to accommodate him same day, so they referred me here. The staff were very accommodating and understanding of my cat getting car sick (will spare the details here) and promptly helped us all get situated. The vet, Dr. Sodergren, was thorough in assessing the situation and answering my questions. He was very understanding of the dilemmas involved in where to put one’s money for an aging pet with multiple health issues and helped me arrive at a sensible short-term plan. The staff were all friendly and highly professional. I appreciate my regular vet practice, but I recommend this spot for urgent care and for anyone who can get there easily."

"Great vet with good availability for appointments My dog came for a regular checkup, med refills and vaccines. Cost me about 250$ buckaroos. Great vets, front desk staff and love the treat station. As you can see, my dog merely tolerates that vet haha"
