"Terrible experience. Placed a photo order at 2 PM, was told it would be ready at 3:30 pm. Went there at 5:45 pm and they hadn’t even started the order, was told it would be another 20 minutes. Went back at 6:45 pm and they STILL hadn’t started the order, and said it would be 20 minutes. Decided to wait and make sure it got done. It ended up being 45 minutes. Extremely unprofessional."

"I'm grateful for them to be there. They are great in the store but awful over the phone; sometimes I felt that someone hangs up on me as I'm waiting to speak to the pharmacist. I wish I could use PillPack or Capsule. :("

"One of the few great pharmacies left. The only thing I can think of that would make it better would be if they have a bike rack somewhere in front of the facility. A lot of people are going solar or foot pedal so parking spots are empty but tons of people are reluctant to leave their bikes in front and walk inside without their bikes being locked up."

"I waited in line at the pharmacy for nearly an hour at this location. At first I waited 25 minutes in line in the car, and after I finially decided to go inside it took another 35 minutes. The entire time the pharmacist was standing at the computer and didn’t help anybody at all. By the time I left, the person in line in front of me in her car was still there waiting to be helped. Go to a different pharmacy!!!!!"
