"Friendly staff. Great place to drop off Fedex parcels. Pictures are quick. Passport photos are a breeze. And pricing is what you expect from a convenience store."
"Ordered a prescription to this Walgreens. Called them to make sure it would be ready and the pharmacist said it’s ready to come pick up. So, I drove to go pick it up and they told me when I got there that they never received the prescription. Despite being annoyed, I called my doctor to have it prescribed again. A couple of days later, I called at 5:45 pm to make sure they had it. They said yes and it will be ready in 3 hours. I can’t imagine why it would take 3 hours, but they told me it would be ready at 8:30. So I drove there again at 8:30 and they told me that my prescription was out of stock. I’ve never heard of a pharmacy so poorly run."
"No one ever picks up the phone. Ever. The longest I’ve waited to speak to someone - whether in the store or pharmacy - is one hour. CVS in Suffern has much better customer service…….. How does Walgreens in Suffern not have customer service or pick up the phone during a time like this? It’s not right."
