"If you want a very basic residential pool installed, then Avalon may do a fine job. But if you want your pool installed in a timely manner, with good service, and you have anything but a basic design you should look elsewhere. Getting a response after quoting and keeping on schedule is almost impossible as they work at their own pace and to their own desire of how much they want to work each season. We spec'ed a commercial salt water system and the proper equipment for reliable use and ease of maintenance was not installed. Calls and texts for service within the warranty period were mostly ignored or greatly delayed. Equipment within warranty was replaced by us on our own dime by others after no response and our pool went down multiple times. Request for a simple maintenance schedule on the key equipment went ignored and we were told no maintenance was needed. This of course proved wrong. Bottom line is I would not recommend Avalon for anything but the most basic pool that did not need to be installed in a timely manner."
