Reviews
"I love the CVS at 577 North Ave. Each visit is greeted with smiles and happy employees. Everyone is friendly and genuinely nice and offer to assist as needed. The pharmacy wait can be a few minutes of waiting but never more than 10 minutes. I am in and out each time I visit this location."
"Extremely long wait times. Had an appointment for 12N for COVID and FLU injections. We arrived at 11:45am. Did not get the injection until 12:30pm. There was a lot of people waiting."
"Despite having a contract with tricare to service military members, this pharmacy had no idea how to process a tricare insurance card and made us pay out of pocket for a covered script."
"I live above this pharmacy. Only just noticed the reviews as checked to see what time it opened today and saw the negative reviews which make no sense. I’m in here usually once a day. It’s great. And everyone is super nice. Just didn’t think it was a fair assessment so wanted to chime in."
"TL;DR- The slowest, most rude, unkind, untruthful, inconvenient pharmacy I've ever encountered in my life. This has been a long time coming. There are a few of the pharmacists who are kind and helpful as much as they can be but it's clear that their supervisors are the absolute worst. There's one dude Elijah who's the man for example. I need my medicine, it's 2:30 p.m. on a Friday, and they're just closed. Lights off, no one's picking up the phones, corporate/support can't get in touch with the store themselves, and I can't transfer the medicine to another location. Why do we allow these things to occur? Please, if you're reading this, consider that capitalism is not the solution to itself. It's already been such a complicated string of hoops Just to get the medicine in the first place, then get it prescribed. Why is picking it up so difficult as well? Also, they advertised that they have a drive-through pharmacy but I don't think it's been open since they opened the store in the first place. something's gotta change."
