"***In response to nasty comments from owner to original post.*** my dog was not due for the vaccines because they were already given in January of this year. The 22nd to be exact. He wasn’t due for any boosters. The assistant IN THE ROOM literally apologized and said we shouldn’t have gotten the emails and calls that said he needed to come in. Instead of being so insanely rude and unprofessional all you had to do was your check and see that your records were incorrect. It had nothing to do with diarrhea AND that wasn’t mentioned until after the fact. Shame on you. Also a very similar situation occurred the last time I brought my other dog Mia, in for a routine visit. No need for a phone call. We will not be coming back."

"We were looking for a vet close to where we moved to and this place was recommended to us and they didn't disappoint. I first spoke to Tori on the phone to make the appointment and she was awesome! Very nice and tried her best to squeeze us in short notice. When we went in last night Rachel at the front desk took care of us and she was so helpful and pleasant. We were brought into a room and I apologize because I don't remember her name but she was a vet tech (I think Erin was her name) she was kind towards my cat Bella. Then Dr. Dulude came in and she was so kind and now I know why she's known as the gentle vet. She asked questions to get to know Bella, she read her records so she was aware of her history, she didn't just open her carrier and pull her out rather she talked to her, offered her a treat, and tried to get her out on her own. When she got her out she handled her with care, she was petting her, talking to her in a calm tone and that's so important because being aggressive doesn't help when they're already stressed out. Also, they don't charge you a whole mortgage payment to get your cat examined. We found our new vet and I will be recommending Dr. Dulude."

"This vet is great at scheduling properly. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get through check in and see the vet. On top of that, they show care and empathy when dealing with my pets. They do not try to add on excessive services just to make bottom line. Happy that I was able to find them!"

"The Gentle Vet stayed open beyond office hours to see my fur baby after I found out he was exposed to a skin condition and started showing symptoms! She gave him the best care possible even thought she never met me or him before. She genuinely wanted to help me when all other places were booked and closed on a Saturday."

"Dr. Linda Dulude is not only an outstanding veterinarian but one with a heart. She took us in on a dark rainy night when our GPS directed us to her office instead of the emergency vet. We were blessed that she was there and she and her husband took great care in putting a splint on my puppy. Thank you again to Dr. Dulude and her wonderful staff!"
