"Got 4 pants hemmed, and all 4 came undone. Brought 3 of them back a second time, and they are hemmed short. Terrible serivce. I don't have the time to go here for a simple service multiple times. Worst part is I had to wait 3 days for a mistake to be fixed. Mistakes take priority over current work. I allowed them to re-do the 3 (which again, are short, but they'll do), but I will be getting a refund on the 4th pair, and I will have to go elsewhere. I hate to complain about a small business but, a service this simple (pants hemming) causes this much headache? I cannot imagine the quality of more demanding tasks."
